RESORT PREVIEW TOUR

You must attend a 90-minute Resort Preview Tour. Consumption of or influence of alcohol is not permitted during the Resort Preview Tour. If married or cohabitating, both individuals must attend the Resort Preview Tour together. Developer reserves the right to verify qualifications at the time of the Resort Preview Tour. Failure to attend the Resort Preview Tour, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements at the time of the Resort Preview Tour, will result in the charge of the full retail value of the accommodations at the time of stay and forfeiture of any bonus gifts. While the Resort Preview Tour is offered for the purpose of soliciting sales of a timeshare interest or plan, you are under no obligation to make any purchase as part of the Resort Preview Tour.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This promotional offer includes a room that sleeps four persons at the resort you selected. Availability for certain dates or holidays may be extremely limited. Resort amenities and room furnishings may vary. Retail value is based on the average of current and projected room rates at the time of publication, which as subject to change without notice. CANCELLATION

You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the thirtieth (30th) day after the date of this transaction. Full cancelation terms will be sent via email after purchase.
